Muscle imbalance restoration workout

Four exercises which can correct muscle imbalance due to sedentary lifestyle...
Going to do this once every 3 days.



1. Horse stance exercise - back spine- 30sec to 2mins x4

2. Glude bridge- glutes leg -30sec to 2mins x4
3. Plank- should back - 30sec to 2mins x4
4.Sitting floor - back spine 30sec to 2mins x4
