7 minute HIIT - cardio training

Circuit.
To be done in 7 mins....
Take water break if required...

1. Inch worm -10 reps

2. crab kick with reach - 20 reps each leg














3. Alternating curtsy lunges -  20 reps
















4. burpees - 10 reps



5. Prisoner squat with kick - 10 reps each leg



6. Hindu pushups - 10 reps



7. V crunches- 10 reps

8.speed skater - 10 each leg









9.Reverse burpees - 10 reps

10.Plank jacks - 10 reps



11.Single leg dead-lift- 10 reps each leg



12.Jumping lunges- 10 reps
