Mobility dills - 1

Duration 15 mins a day
Rules
1. Take deep breaths
2. Hold each position for more than 120 seconds for adaptations

1. Squat for 10 minutes. Hold the lowest squat positon for 10 minutes.( with or with ought weights)
Feet should be pointed forward..not outside..force your knees out
